Yodel joins us as a quality low cost carrier to enhance our service offering on our multi carrier solution. Yodel joins the likes of DHL, DHL express, FedEx, Evri and other parcel courier and delivery services on our one stop logistics platform. It’s a very good alternative to the Post Office.
Logistics Management – what is Despatchlab?
For those of you who don’t know about Despatchlab, it is a Diamond home grown logistics management platform which incorporates not only a client interface but access to multiple carriers plus integration with multiple online marketplaces such as Amazon, eBay, Adobe, Woo Commerce and much much more. It also boasts a Same Day Courier management system and the latest innovation is our fully fledged warehouse management solution.

Using Yodal on Despatchlab
Yodel joins great carriers such as FedEx DHL (both UK and express), DPD and much more on Diamond’s own one-stop logistics management platform Despatchlab, providing a replacement for Royal Mail and a viable alternative to Hermes.
Yodel is best for residential deliveries containing e-commerce product. Their pricing structure offers consistency across the whole of the UK, including offshore islands, together with weight driven price points that allows for variation of product (up to 3kilos, 17kilos and 30kilos), either next day or economy two day.
Carrier selection settings on Despatchlab
Diamond’s skillset lies in the utilising of the carriers to their strengths – choosing the best carrier selection for the best prices via pre-set algorithms in Despatchlab. You can choose your own setting – carrier preference, best routing, lowest cost – ultimately it is tailored to you and your business needs.
Yodel’s capabilities are adding another hundred or so delivery options to over 5,000 on the system today – there really is a lot of choice when you use Diamond.
