Every system we use goes through risk assessments, accuracy checks, and human oversight before it goes live. Our AI Governance Committee, along with our Data Protection Officer, keeps watch to make sure the tech behaves itself.
And because knowledge is power, we’re training every member of our team in AI literacy – so they know where the limits are, and when to step in.
