1. Promoter

The promoter of this competition is Diamond Logistics Ltd, whose registered office is at 3C Henley Business Park
Pirbright Road, Guildford GU3 2DX (“Diamond Logistics”, “we”, “our”).

2. Competition Period

The competition opens at 00:01 on 24 March and closes at 23:59 on 31 March (“Competition Period”).

Entries received after this time will not be included in the draw.

 

3. Eligibility

The competition is open to UK residents aged 18 years or over.

Employees of Diamond Logistics, its service centres, associated companies, marketing agencies or anyone professionally connected with the promotion are not eligible to enter.

4. How to Enter

To enter the competition, participants must complete the following steps during the Competition Period:
1. Follow the official Diamond Logistics social media account hosting the competition post.
2. Share the competition post.
3. Tag a colleague in the comments section of the post.

Each tagged colleague counts as one entry.

Participants may enter multiple times by tagging different colleagues, but spamming or duplicate tagging of the same individual may result in disqualification.

No purchase is necessary to enter.

 

5. Prize

One winner will receive:

A hamper of chocolate Easter eggs for their workplace team.

The prize:
• Has no cash alternative
• Is non-transferable
• May be substituted with a prize of equal or greater value at Diamond Logistics’ discretion if necessary

Diamond Logistics will arrange delivery of the prize to a UK workplace address supplied by the winner.

 

6. Winner Selection

The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Competition Period.

The random draw will take place within 48 hours of the competition closing.

The draw will be conducted using a random selection tool or equivalent fair method by Diamond Logistics or its appointed marketing partner.

 

7. Winner Notification

The winner will be contacted within 48 hours of the draw via direct message (DM) from the official Diamond Logistics social media account.

If the winner does not respond within 72 hours, Diamond Logistics reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

 

8. Publicity

By entering the competition, participants agree that Diamond Logistics may announce the winner’s first name, company name, or social media handle on its social media channels.

 

9. Social Media Disclaimer

This competition is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X, or any other social media platform.

Participants are providing their information to Diamond Logistics and not to the social media platform.

 

10. Liability

Diamond Logistics accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, incomplete, or not received due to technical issues or platform failures.

 

11. General

Diamond Logistics reserves the right to:
• Cancel, suspend, or amend the competition if necessary due to circumstances beyond its control.
• Disqualify any entry that breaches these terms or is deemed fraudulent.

12. Data Protection

Any personal data supplied during the competition will be used solely for the purpose of administering the competition and will be processed in accordance with Diamond Logistics’ Privacy Policy, available at:

13. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by English law, and participants agree that the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction.
