Tails Never Fails are a cricket and sports equipment specialist who were first established in Australia before making the global leap to the UK market in 2019. Their company ethos is to take their customers ideas and make them a reality with their customised teamwear and sports equipment.
After a period of organic growth, Tails Never Fails decided to transform their UK business into a full-time operation. To support this massive business leap, they needed to streamline their logistics processes and acquire a base from which to run their business. That’s where Diamond stepped in. Through consultation and support from Diamond , they established their base at our Lincoln dispatch centre. Relocating their business and stock to a managed and organised warehouse, enabled Tails Never Fails to invite new and existing customers to the premise to showcase their products and display the solutions they can offer.
