After just a year Dylan quickly realised they needed to find an alternative to their small storage unit if they were to keep expanding their range of products. Dylan says Mandy and team have been,
“We’ve worked with Diamond for around 3 years now. I remember the day we moved our inventory from a small storage unit into the Bristol distribution centre, it must have been one or two pallets at most. Even though I was probably their smallest potential customer at the time the service and attention I received from Mandy in Bristol was like we were a huge business, I was impressed….we signed the contract.
3 years on and now one of the largest independent outdoor toy and activity e-commerce stores in the UK importing around 50 containers per year I can hand on heart say it was the right decision. Not only do Diamond Logistics receive, unload, pack pick and ship our stock, giving us our most valuable asset…time to concentrate on marketing and expansion, they offer a service that is so personal I feel like they are a part of my business. The staff are amazing without exception, when people ask me about my company and how many employees we must have to run such an operation, I always say we have around 30 in the warehouse and logistics. Of course they are not my employees, they are my partners and without them I could not have scaled to a multi-million pound turnover company without them!”
