Love them or loathe them, a client survey is a really good way to get constructive feedback. We sent out our late-summer survey and rewarded respondents with tote bags full of Diamond goodies — and one super respondent with a hamper from Peach Hampers.
And mostly, it’s good news. 95% of respondents would recommend us, and 90% of respondents gave only great feedback.
Some of the feedback we received included concerns regarding the way individual shipments had been dealt with, or a lack of communication at times about delivery issues.
We had one complaint about too much packaging. (I would say that this was a beer product, so I think the overzealous packaging was to ensure it was delivered intact — but we are working on a more ecological solution).
But whilst it’s difficult to receive criticism, even if constructive, it’s the only way you improve. I always think we learn more from the mistakes we make than from when things go well. So thank you to everybody who took the time to tell us where we weren’t perfect. We are working on it!
The really great news is that 95% of people had more than lovely things to say about us. We’ve had lots of nominations for Client-Nominated Network Partner of the Year for our awards in January. We’ve also received some fantastic testimonials, and plenty of people wanting us to co-promote their brand — which we’re more than happy to do. It’s really nice for us to get social with people, so we’ve been sharing on TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram, and look forward to interacting with our clients more.
