Terms and Conditions
- Promoter
1.1 The promoter of this competition is Diamond Logistics Ltd (“Diamond Logistics”, “we”, “us”, “our”), registered in England and Wales.
1.2 Registered office details available at www.diamondlogistics.co.uk.
- Eligibility
2.1 The competition is open to UK-based business customers who hold an active trading account with Diamond Logistics.
2.2 Entrants must be aged 18 years or over.
2.3 Employees of Diamond Logistics, its service centres, subsidiaries, affiliates, or immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
2.4 The competition is not open to private individuals without a Diamond Logistics business trading account.
2.5 Diamond Logistics reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time.
- Promotional Period
3.1 The competition opens at 00:01 on 1 February 2026.
3.2 The competition closes at 23:59 on 29 February 2026.
3.3 Entries received outside this period will not be counted.
- How to Enter
4.1 Each completed and invoiced shipment booked through an active Diamond Logistics account during the promotional period will automatically generate one (1) entry into the draw.
4.2 “Completed shipment” means a shipment that has been fulfilled and invoiced without cancellation or refund.
4.3 New accounts opened and fully approved during February 2026 will receive one (1) bonus entry upon completion of their first shipment within the promotional period.
4.4 There is no limit to the number of entries per eligible account.
4.5 No separate purchase or application form is required beyond booking qualifying shipments.
- The Prize
5.1 The prize consists of one genuine diamond stone.
5.2 The approximate retail value will be confirmed prior to the draw and published on the competition landing page.
5.3 The diamond will be supplied loose or mounted at Diamond Logistics’ discretion.
5.4 The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered.
5.5 Diamond Logistics reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond its control require doing so.
- Winner Selection
6.1 The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries.
6.2 The draw will take place within 7 days of the competition closing date.
6.3 The winner will be notified via the email address registered to their Diamond Logistics account.
6.4 If the winner does not respond within 7 days of notification, Diamond Logistics reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
6.5 Diamond Logistics’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
- Publicity
7.1 By entering the competition, the winner agrees to participate in reasonable publicity relating to the promotion without additional compensation.
7.2 Diamond Logistics may publish the winner’s business name and service centre location on its website, social media channels, and marketing communications.
- Liability
8.1 Diamond Logistics accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to technical faults, system failures, or other circumstances outside its control.
8.2 To the extent permitted by law, Diamond Logistics shall not be liable for any loss, damage or injury arising from acceptance or use of the prize.
8.3 Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud.
- Data Protection
9.1 Personal data supplied during the course of this competition will be processed in accordance with Diamond Logistics’ Privacy Policy.
9.2 Data will be used solely for the administration of the competition and related communications.
- General
10.1 Diamond Logistics reserves the right to cancel, suspend or amend the competition where it becomes necessary to do so.
10.2 These Terms and Conditions are governed by English law.
10.3 Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
Loving Logistics – Diamond Competition (Summary T&Cs)
Open to active UK Diamond Logistics account holders only.
Each completed shipment booked between 1–29 February 2026 equals one entry.
Cancelled or unfulfilled jobs excluded.
One winner will be selected at random in early March 2026 to receive a genuine diamond.
No cash alternative. Prize non-transferable.
