Diamond Logistics – fulfilment partner to eCommerce retailers – has integrated its operation with Linnworks, software designed to manage sales and inventory across selling platforms and automate marketplace listings. Linnworks clients can now take advantage of Diamond’s logistics fulfilment services, including carrier and warehouse management.
Whether it’s eBay, Amazon, shopify or Magento, eCommerce retailers can now view and manage listings in one place with Linnworks.
“Linnworks is an important integration for us,” explains Daniel Allin, Chief Innovation Officer at Diamond Logistics. “We were being contacted by eCommerce retailers using the Linnworks platform, but still needed warehouse and carrier support. Whilst Linnworks offers direct carrier integration, it doesn’t offer a logistics management service. By combining despatchlab and Linnworks, eCommerce retailers can benefit from both front-end and back-end support.”
Diamond Logistics offers two logistics management options to Linnworks eCommerce clients:
Option 1 : Delivery integration
Shipments are routed via Diamond’s despatchlab technology which chooses the appropriate carrier and automatically updates Linnworks. Parcels are delivered and tracked within despatchlab, which pushes further updates into the Linnworks platform for full user transparency. This allows sellers to manage their inventory and listings for multiple sales channels in one place, from order placement to carrier selection.
Option 2: Fulfilment integration
Linnworks users can now fully outsource their fulfilment to Diamond Logistics. Users continue to manage listings through multiple sales channels in Linnworks, then when an order is received within one of those platforms, it connects that order to a Diamond Fulfilment Service Centre. Diamond then picks, packs and delivers the package via the appropriate carrier.
