Diamond Logistics Website Challenge Terms & Conditions

Promoter

The promoter of this competition is Diamond Logistics Ltd, whose registered office is at 3C Henley Business Park, Pirbright Road, Guildford GU3 2DX (“Diamond Logistics”, “we”, “our”).

 Competition Period

The competition opens Thursday, 11/06/2026 at 10am and closes at Thursday 18/06/2026 at 12:00am (“Competition Period”).

Entries received after this time will not be accepted.

Eligibility

The competition is open to UK residents aged 18 years or over.

Employees of Diamond Logistics, its service centres, associated companies, marketing agencies, or anyone professionally connected with this competition are not eligible to enter.

How to Enter

To enter the competition, participants must complete the following during the Competition Period:

  1. Visit the new Diamond Logistics website: UK Logistics Company for Parcel Delivery | Diamond Logistics
  1. Identify errors, mistakes, or inconsistencies on the website
  1. Submit your findings via:
  • DM

Each valid submission counts as one entry.

Participants may submit multiple entries; however:

  • Duplicate submissions of the same mistake by the same person may not be counted
  • Any automated, bulk, or spam entries may result in disqualification

No purchase is necessary to enter.

Prize

One winner will receive:

Summer goodie bag including travel case, beach towel, picnic wine glasses, sunscreen, diamond sunglasses and small bottles of prosecco.

The prize:

  • Has no cash alternative
  • Is non-transferable
  • May be substituted with a prize of equal or greater value at Diamond Logistics’ discretion

Winner Selection

The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Competition Period.

The random draw will take place within 48 hours of the competition closing.

The draw will be conducted using a random selection tool or equivalent fair method by Diamond Logistics or its appointed marketing partner.

The decision of Diamond Logistics is final.

The selection will take place within 5 working days of the competition closing.

Winner Notification

The winner will be contacted within 48 hours via the contact details provided on entry.

If the winner does not respond within 72 hours, Diamond Logistics reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

Publicity

By entering, participants agree that Diamond Logistics may announce the winner’s name, company name, or social media handle on its marketing channels.

Liability

Diamond Logistics accepts no responsibility for:

  • Entries that are lost, incomplete, or not received
  • Any technical issues affecting access to the website
  • Errors or interruptions beyond our control

General

Diamond Logistics reserves the right to:

  • Cancel, suspend, or amend the competition if necessary
  • Verify entries and disqualify any that are fraudulent or in breach of these terms

Data Protection

Any personal data supplied during the competition will be used solely for the purpose of administering the competition and will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy:

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by English law, and participants agree that the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction.
