Competition And Promotions Terms And Conditions
1.1. These Terms apply to all competitions and offers featured on social media platforms that are organised by us from time to time. In these Terms, the term “competition” applies to any competition which is organised by us, and “offer” applies to any promotion which we make available.
1.2. By entering a competition or applying to redeem an offer, you accept these Terms together with any specific instructions and terms for such competition or offer which may be included in any electronic messages, on our Website, or communicated to you in any other way (together “Competition Information”). In the event of any inconsistency between the Competition Information and these Terms, then the Competition Information shall prevail.
1.3. We may cancel or amend any competition, offer, Competition Information, or these Terms without prior notice. Any changes will be published either in the Competition Information or in updated Terms.
2. Competition Entry; Redemption of Promotional Codes
2.1. You must be connected with, or follow us on social media in order to enter a competition advertised on our Website.
2.2 Only one customer per business may enter a competition or apply for an offer on the Website. You must be at least 18 years old to enter a competition.
2.3. An offer cannot be used in conjunction with other offers or promotional codes.
2.4. Any FCON (Free First Consignment Offer) is based on the actual consignment cost. Collection cost will be applied at booking.
2.5. FCON is only valid on Overnight Consignments Only, and is capped at our discretion on Same-Day
2.6. The “Free Consignment” offer is worth up to £15 in value. If the Consignment cost is higher than £15, you may be charged the excess (at our discretion).
2.7. The opening and closing dates and times for entries are as indicated in the Competition Information. Any entries received before the opening and after the closing of the competition will be invalid and will not be entered into the competition
2.8. By entering the competition or redeeming promotional codes, you warrant that all information submitted by you is true, current, and complete.
2.9. Entry to the competition or application to redeem an offer may only be made through the applicable method(s) indicated in the Competition Information. The following terms and conditions will apply where the method is indicated as being available in the Competition Information
3. Data Protection and Publicity
3.1. We (or any third party nominated by us) may use the winner’s name and image (if required) and comments relating to the prize and competition experience for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes in any media worldwide without notice and without any fee being paid.
3.2. Information, data and the caller line identity (“personal data”) which is provided by entrants when they enter will be held and used by us and our suppliers and contractors in order to administer the competition. Aggregate, non-personal data may also be used for the purpose of undertaking market research or in facilitating
reviews, developments and improvements to relevant services.
4. Limitation of Liability
4.1. We will not accept responsibility for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by you or as a result of entering the competition or accepting any prize.
4.2. We are not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone or computer network software failure, failure of any e mail entry to be received, or any combination thereof. We will not be responsible for any damage to your computer or mobile telephone related to or resulting from participation or downloading any materials in the competition.
4.3. We cannot guarantee that the services relating to the competition will be free from errors or omissions nor that they will be available uninterrupted and in a fully operating condition. These services may be suspended temporarily and without notice in the case of system failure, maintenance or repair or for reasons beyond our reasonable control. We will not be liable in the event that all or any part of the service relating to the competition is discontinued, modified or changed in any way.
