Do you need an account to send an overnight or international consignment with Diamond Logistics?
We generally prefer customers to open an account because our services are designed for businesses with regular delivery requirements. We are not usually the right carrier for occasional consumer collections, such as collecting a single item sold through an online marketplace.
Our focus is on supporting business customers that need reliable, ongoing delivery services. For that reason, opening an account is normally the best solution.
However, where a business customer has an urgent requirement and intends to open an account, we may be able to arrange the first booking on their behalf and enter the shipment into Despatchlab.
To access Despatchlab directly, including its range of carriers and Diamond’s same-day, overnight and international services, you will need to establish an account with us.
