So Dan, and you know this is my favourite question, who is the kind of client who is ideal for Diamond?

Well, an F1 racing company would be a really good ideal Diamond client. In fact, we may have one whose name should remain silent, otherwise I would be paying for sponsorship.

Really, it is people whose service requirement is fast, quick, urgent and incredibly important.

We also do a lot of work with blood and pathology, and with people who want to make a bit of a splash. If you are doing a big PR release, for example, and want things delivered simultaneously, then same day courier can help you stand aside from the competition.

Yes, it is a level of control. You can dictate far more to a same day courier than you can to an overnight carrier, because the driver is taking your goods in a dedicated vehicle.

It is that element of control. If you want to wow your customers, or you need speed of service, or your goods are valuable, or it is really urgent, then same day courier is a good fit. That applies to blood and pathology, F1 racing and other urgent sectors.
