Customer Services Apprentice

We are looking for an enthusiastic and bright individual to join our growing Guildford depot.  Reporting to the Head of Customer Support and the Depot Director, the role includes:

Answering calls and emails – eg. Booking on jobs, dealing with enquiries, sending PODs, providing quotes etc.

Dealing with exceptions – Failed attempts, Address queries, Misroutes/Delays, etc.

Actioning the daily carrier reports

Booking on third party collections and provide a report to Recreation of theirs

Process credit card transactions

Import client daily shipment upload file

Help with the carrier invoices

Dealing with any customer claims

Using Excel.

You will be fun, chatty and most of all willing to help deliver Diamond service!

Network Support Apprentice

We are looking for an enthusiastic and bright individual to join our growing head office support function in Guildford.

Reporting to the Network Support Manager, the network support role entails supporting and assisting in the daily needs of over 20 Diamond Logistics sites around the UK.  This includes daily support tickets, Emails and all relevant checks on compliance.

Other duties will include writing and compiling reports for the board on the Diamond network performance, service partner performance and other suppliers. Although this is an entry level position you will quickly progress and there are great opportunities for keen individuals.
