Kate Lester was recognised on 17 October 2017 for her passion, commitment, determination and belief in the courier industry by being presented the 2017 IoC NCA Services to Industry Award at a glittering event last night in London.
The Institute of Couriers (IOC) seeks to encourage knowledge sharing and development of individuals own competence in the application of courier skills. The IoC showcases that members are committed to industry standards and have the quality of skills to benefit the service provided.
According to the IoC, Kate was singled out for this award because of her unwavering approach to logistics and the development of logistics:
